The 2016 NFL season is entering Week 13, and the Cleveland Browns are still searching for their first win. Here is our 2017 NFL Mock Draft going into December.

The Cleveland Browns lost their 12th game of the season on Sunday, and will now head into their bye week winless. They are slated to draft first in the 2017 NFL Draft next April, and they will also have a second pick in the round thanks to the Philadelphia Eagles. Here is a look at our latest Mock Draft, with picks No. 21 through 32 reflecting the playoff seeding if the season ended today, beginning with the lowest seeds.

Here is our latest  mock draft with the draft order based on record, and using strength of schedule as a tiebreaker.

Another week, another loss for the Cleveland Browns, who are very close to becoming the second team in league history to finish a season at 0-16. This past weekend, they put up a pretty good fight against the New York Giants, as they were able to move the ball pretty well with Josh McCown under center. However, the Giants defense proved to be too much in the long run, as the Browns had no answer for Eli Manning and company.

While the San Francisco 49ers are making a strong push for the No. 1 pick, winning only one game this season, the winless Browns would pick first next April. With that pick, the team should select Myles Garrett from Texas A&M, as he would instantly bolster their defensive front. The Browns struggle to get much of a pass rush, and adding Garrett to the fold would give them an explosive rusher off the edge.

One player is not going to turn around the mess that is the Cleveland Browns, though they did play well enough on Sunday to win the game. There is no sure-fire quarterback in this draft, and missing with the first overall pick is only going to set the organization back further. They do have a second first round draft pick at No. 13, and we expect them to grab a quarterback then.
