Antonio Brown hauls in ridiculous TD grab vs Giants (Video)
By John Buhler
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown makes an incredible 18-yard touchdown reception at the back of the end zone versus the New York Giants.
It’s that time of the year where things start to get interesting in the NFL. This is the first weekend of December and two of the league’s most iconic organizations are meeting head-to-head. The Pittsburgh Steelers are hosting the New York Giants.
Up 5-0 in the second quarter, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger runs to his right to find his favorite target Antonio Brown in double coverage in the back of the Giants end zone for six points. The Randy Bullock PAT would make it 11-0 Steelers.
This particular touchdown drive by the Steelers was largely set up by a great defensive play by linebacker Lawrence Timmons. Timmons would pick off New York quarterback Eli Manning at the goal line before making headway up field for a huge interception return.
Pittsburgh is an incredibly difficult team to beat at Heinz Field in December. The Steelers are built to win in cold weather and are doing so in the early part of their Week 13 game against the Giants.
Roethlisberger continues to shine when throwing outside of the pocket. He is world-class at buying time for his receivers to get open. His uncanny ability to thread the needle while scrambling will put him into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility.
