Benfica host Napoli in Champions League Group B on Tuesday, December 6. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

In a decisive last group match Napoli travel to Lisbon to face Benfica. The two teams are tied for first place in the group, with Napoli owning the tiebreaker due to the victory in their earlier matchup in Naples. Both teams are in charge of their respective destiny, with a win by either team guaranteeing qualification to the playoff round in February. They will be keeping an eye out on the other match in the group, Besiktas vs Dynamo Kiev. The Turkish champions are only a point behind the two group leaders, and control their destiny. Besiktas will approach their game against last place Dynamo with a “win and we’re in” mentality. Should Besiktas lose in Kiev, both Napoli and Benfica will go through. Earlier in group play, Napoli seemed headed for a relatively easy qualification, but have only managed two points in their last three matches.

Napoli will benefit from a full roster, without any significant injury concerns, while Benfica will be without a few of their regulars, most notably forward Jonas, out with a foot injury. It will be interesting to see how each team will adjust their tactics as they keep an eye out on the result from the other game in the group.

Group B is one of the most interesting groups heading into the last match day, with everything on the line in the last match day.  Outside of Group B, 12 of the 16 qualifying places have already been determined prior to the last game.
