The UC Santa Barbara Gauchos face the UCLA Bruins at Pauley Pavilion on Wednesday, Dec. 14. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

There were relative expectations for the UCLA Bruins coming into the 2016-17 college basketball season. However, this team led by Lonzo Ball has exceeded those expectations tremendously. Entering Wednesday, they sit undefeated as the No. 2 team in the country. In hopes of staying unbeaten, they’ll welcome the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos to Pauley Pavilion on Wednesday.

Ball has been overall one of the best players in the country, averaging 15 points, 8.8 assists, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game and scoring with efficiency. However, he’s not alone on this exceptionally entertaining UCLA team. Isaac Hamilton, TJ Leaf, and Bryce Alford have all contributed to their success as well. This team has the top-end talent and legitimate depth to be a title contender at season’s end.

Unfortunately, the Gauchos are far from that it seems, sitting at 1-6 coming into this matchup. Gabe Vincent and Jalen Canty have led the way to this point. However that duo and the team as a whole will have to play far above the level they have been to even compete.
