The Tennessee Titans will look to keep their surprising season going on Sunday, as they head to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs.

In a matchup of two teams currently at least tied for first place in their respective divisions, the Tennessee Titans will travel to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs. The Titans are coming off a win against another solid AFC West team in Week 14, and will look to extend their win streak to three games. Kansas City picked up a huge win against the Oakland Raiders last Thursday, and can lock up the AFC West with a win on Sunday.

For Kansas City, this will likely be the toughest game left on their schedule. In Week 16, they welcome the Denver Broncos to town, and while that one is sure to be a good one, the Chiefs are a much superior team in 2017. The Chiefs will finish out their regular season on the road against the San Diego Chargers, but they should have the division and a first round bye in the playoffs locked up by then.

The Tennessee Titans have been one of the feel-good stories of the NFL this season, as second-year quarterback Marcus Mariota continues to develop into one of the better signal callers in the league. Despite not having a true WR1 on the roster, the Titans have been able to get out to a 7-6 record in 2016, and are currently tied with the Houston Texans for first place in the AFC South. This will be a huge test for them on Sunday, and could make or break their season.

Odds

Line: Kansas City (-5)

Over/Under: 42

The Chiefs are always tough at home, and they are flying high after their win in Week 14. Wide receiver/return man Tyreek Hill has emerged as a playmaker for the Chiefs, who have really gotten nothing from the rest of their receiving corps. Containing Hill will definitely be a priority for a Titans team that held the Broncos to only 10 points last week.

Mariota has not thrown an interception in his last 115 attempts, and the Titans have at least a share of a division lead this late in the season for the first time since 2008. Still, the Chiefs are almost unbeatable at home, and they should be able to take care of business on Sunday. Expect Kansas City to cover the five-point spread, beating the Titans by a touchdown while clinching the AFC West.

Prediction: Chiefs 24, Titans 17
