Chelsea stretched their lead at the top of the Premier League table to nine points after a 1-0 win against Crystal Palace.

Chelsea made it 11 wins in a row against Crystal Palace Saturday, and in the process extended their lead at the top of the table to nine points. That could come back down to six depending on the results of Arsenal’s match against Manchester City Sunday and Liverpool’s match against Everton Monday, but either way, the Blues are now firm favorites for the title.

Manchester United made it three wins in a row in the late game Saturday, beating West Brom 2-0 thanks to two Zlatan Ibrahimovic goals. They remain in sixth place, but now trail fifth-place Tottenham only on goal difference. The gap to the top four is down to three points.

There were some big wins at the other end of the table as well. Sunderland beat Watford 1-0 thanks to a Patrick van Aanholt finish and moved ahead of Hull and Swansea into 18th place. They’re now only a point from safety.

West Ham also won, at home against Hull, to move all the way up to 13th. The Hammers moved ahead of Leicester, who came back from a two goals down with 10 men to secure an impressive draw away to Stoke.

Middlesbrough ran out comfortable 3-0 winners against Swansea, moving up to 14th and sending Swansea deeper into the relegation zone. They’re kept off the foot of the table only by Hull.

The big match of the weekend takes place Sunday, as Manchester City host Arsenal in a game that will likely benefit Chelsea however it ends up. Sunday will also see Southampton and Bournemouth square off, and Tottenham host Burnley.
