Dollar General Bowl (Friday 12/23, 8:00 pm ET) – Ohio and Troy UNDER 49 points

It feels good to be back on the under side. In all honesty, this is a default pick. Neither offense is terribly impressive in this spot and it smells like a messy game, which we would enjoy greatly on the under side of things. Casual fans may have seen Ohio for the first time in the MAC title game and, while they covered for us in this space, it wasn’t always pretty. The smart bet for the Bobcats is to muck things up and let’s hope they do just that.

Dollar General Bowl (Friday 12/23, 8:00 pm ET) – Ohio (+4.5) over Troy

Unders! Underdogs! The gang’s all here for the Friday nightcap and slugfests make me want to take the points. Things could get sideways in a hurry if the Troy offense shows up, but we’re going against that and praying for a double win with a final score in the area of 23-20. Let’s all get there together.
