Here’s how you can watch the 2017 Pro Bowl roster announcement online via live streaming.

The 2017 Pro Bowl will be quite different from previous ones. Without a doubt, the biggest change will be the brand new skills competition which will feature dodgeball. It should be a great way for both the fans and players to have fun, which is what the game is all about. Another significant change will be the rosters. After seeing teams picked like backyard football, the NFL is going back to the conference versus conference concept. The rosters will be announced at 8:00 p.m. ET on NFL Network on Dec. 20.

Players are picked based on several factors. While fan voting is the most influential, unlike the MLB All-Star Game, it isn’t all that matters. The players and the coaches get to vote as well, and their picks are considered along with the fans’. This helps to ensure that the best players get in while the fan favorites still get in as well.

However, if you’re a fan of a team that’s going to the Super Bowl, you won’t be able to see your players go to the Pro Bowl. But that’s an acceptable trade-off. The game will be held the week before the Super Bowl. Because it’s at the end of the season, players won’t necessarily want to play because chances are, they’re injured in some way, shape or form. Their teams are likely encouraging them not to play as well because losing a star over an exhibition game is devastating.
