Here’s how to watch Monday’s 2016 St. Petersburg Bowl between the Miami Ohio RedHawks and Mississippi State Bulldogs online.

The Miami Ohio RedHawks will try to close the season on a seven game winning streak when they meet the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Monday morning in the 2016 St. Petersburg Bowl from Tropicana Field.

Miami became the first team in FBS history to win six straight to end the season after starting out at 0-6, earning the team a trip to a bowl game for the first time since 2010. Head coach Chuck Martin was on the hot seat before engineering the turnaround, which included wins over Eastern Michigan and Central Michigan.

Sophomore quarterback Gus Ragland’s return from a torn ACL around the midway point of the year was the key behind Miami’s historic stretch run. In six games, Ragland threw for 1,274 yards and 15 touchdowns to no interceptions.

Mississippi State turned in a disappointing 5-7 campaign that included a season opening loss to South Alabama, although a blowout of Ole Miss in the Egg Bowl somewhat salvaged things. The Bulldogs were one of two five-win teams to qualify for a bowl thanks to a high APR score.

Sophomore quarterback Nick Fitzgerald did a good job replacing Dak Prescott by throwing for 2,281 yards and 21 touchdowns. Fitzgerald also led the Bulldogs with 1,243 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns, while big play threat wide receiver Fred Ross chipped in an additional 12 scores.
