Sunderland picked up a nice win over Watford on Saturday, but it wasn’t enough to see them out of the relegation zone as they sit in 18th place on 14 points. They trail Crystal Palace by one point and both Burnley and Leicester City by three points. An unlikely result at Old Trafford would be huge for the Black Cats.
