Here’s how you can watch Monday’s Quick Lane Bowl between Maryland and Boston College online.

The Quick Lane Bowl doesn’t quite have the type of draw that other postseason games do, but the Maryland and Boston College matchup could be a defensive battle. The Eagles are coming into the game on a two game win streak and that comes after losing four of five.

Boston College doesn’t have the best offense out there as Patrick Towles hasn’t had many opportunities to throw the ball. He has just 1,579 yards and only 10 touchdowns with six interceptions. His completion rate needs some work as well.

The defense is what carries this team and what helped the Eagles sneak into the postseason. Boston College needed to win the final two games of the year to become bowl eligible and they did just that by playing great defense with very little offense.

Maryland had started the season 4-0 under new head coach D.J. Durkin, but dropped off the table quickly. Still, putting together four wins in the first month is an improvement over the Terrapins’ 3-9 season from 2015.

Perry Hills has been the starting quarterback for most of the season but was replaced by Tyrrell Pigrome, but it might be the former who gets the start in the bowl game. Either way, the Terrapins’ offense is more based on the run.

Ty Johnson and Lorenzo Harrison have been quite the duo in the backfield this season. Johnson has been solid this season, rushing for 845 yards and four touchdowns while Harrison has accounted for 633 yards and five scores.
