Tonight’s DFS fantasy basketball competitions include a handful of good NBA games, and you can find het best options in today’s DraftKings daily picks.

The NBA has five games on tap for Thursday night with an international flare to the day. The action actually gets started with a mid-afternoon game as the Pacers and Nuggets meet on NBATV all the way from London. That game isn’t included in tonight’s main competitions on DraftKings, though, so we’ll focus on the five games starting at 7:30 PM ET or later in today’s DraftKings daily picks. Those five games include an international game of their own and include some interesting matchups featuring good stars and sleepers which should set us up for a fun ride tonight.

More from DraftKings

As you prep your lineup for tonight, everyone gets an extra 30 minutes since the first night game doesn’t tip off until 7:30. The first matchup of the night tips off in Brooklyn where the Nets host New Orleans before the Bulls and Knicks tip off across town at 8:00 in the first game of ESPN’s double-header. At 8:30, we head West where the Spurs host the Lakers. At 10:00 the other international game tips in Mexico City where the Mavericks and Suns will met for the second time in a week. The final game of the night tips off 30 minutes after that as the Warriors host the Pistons in the second game of the nationally televised double-dip. Of the ten teams in tonight’s contests, the Knicks are the only team playing for the second night in a row while the Nets and Pistons are scheduled to finish their back-to-back tomorrow.

With those ten teams in action, there are lots of different approaches to building your team.  To see who I think are the top stars and sleepers based on form and matchup, scroll through my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides. My goal each day is to give you the information you need to build your own customized lineup to get you a win however you participate in DFS contests. In order to help you find what you need, I’ve separated my picks by position and price. You’ll find two slides per position–the first slide will feature the best high-salary options followed by some high-value options which cost less but still offer solid returns. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.

I rank my picks for each contest using stars after each explanation to show my relative confidence in the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my personal lineup for today’s competition. This post isn’t a place to find a copy-and-paste lineup since there are plenty of places that will sell you access to their picks. In this free daily post, I suggest you build your own customized team with the players that you like the most. As always, you’re welcome to check out my lineup and use it as a place to get started.

Just one more quick reminder that each day in my DraftKing daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the latest on the fantasy basketball hub. It’s time to get right to our DraftKins daily picks for this Thursday, so let’s take a look at the most expensive PG options.
