WWE Elimination Chamber 2017 results: Dolph Ziggler vs Apollo Crews video highlights

Here’s what happened in the 2-on-1 Handicap Match between Apollo Crews and Kalisto taking on Dolph Ziggler at Elimination Chamber.

In the second bout of the night, the team of Apollo Crews and Kalisto took on Dolph Ziggler in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match at Elimination Chamber.

Or at least that’s what was supposed to happen.

Crews hit the ring first, followed by his partner, but as Kalisto was making his entrance, Ziggler viciously attacked Kalisto from behind and turned the match into a singles match between Crews and Ziggler.

As you’d assume, Crews was not happy, but the show must go on.

Both competitors went back-and-forth throughout the match at the start, with Ziggler getting the early edge.

Ziggler controlled the action off the neckbreaker, slowing things down with a headlock on Crews, but Crews was able to fight out of it for a second and gain a bit of an opening until Ziggler shut it down with another swinging neckbreaker.

With Ziggler in control, the crowd started to notice something. Kalisto was coming back to the ringside area.

As Ziggler was focused on Kalisto’s return to the match (because technically, he’s still a part of the match), Crews bought himself some time with a huge enzugiri to the back of Ziggler’s dome.

That bought Crews enough time to tag in Kalisto, who made an immediate impact as quick as a hiccup, which led to Crews nailing his huge spin-out powerbomb on Ziggler to get the 1-2-3 and the victory for his team.

There was only one problem: Ziggler wasn’t done with the duo.

Ziggler once again jumped Kalisto from behind, grabbed a chair, and looked like he was going to crush Crews’ left ankle with it trapped inside of the chair.

That’s exactly what happened. Twice.

Ziggler lost the match against the duo but won the war on Sunday night.
