Last week we brought you the news that Turner and IMG’s ELEAGUE was moving into the world of Street Fighter, and now we have the complete list of participating gamers for the Street Fighter V Invitational.

32 professional Street Fighter V players have been divided into four groups of eight. These groups will compete amongst themselves in the Group Stage from March 27-30. The bottom two players in each group will be eliminated from contention for the biggest portion of a quarter million dollar prize purse.

Half of the player pool comes from Capcom’s Pro Tour while the other half have been invited by the Street Fighter publisher.

One of the names people will want to keep an eye on is Justin Wong. Wong was previously a contestant on another TV eSports competition: SyFy’s WCG Ultimate Gamer. He competed in Season 2 in 2010, where he was eliminated in fifth place. Will he be able to score another Top 5 finish in his next televised outing?

Whoever rises to the top the opening phase of the ELEAGUE Street Fighter V Invitational will be fast and furious. Having just three days will keep gamers and fans busy.
