Burnley host Stoke at Turf Moor on Tuesday, April 4. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Burnley welcome Stoke to Turf Moor on Tuesday as the Premier League returns for some midweek action. Both of these sides lost 2-0 at the weekend, as the Clarets fell at home to Tottenham and Stoke lost on the road at Leicester. Neither of those results were too surprising but Burnley won’t want to do any further damage to their impressive home record. It’s the Claret’s home form which has kept them out of relegation trouble this season, as Spurs became only the fourth team to win at Turf Moor at the weekend.
Stoke’s form has consistently been indifferent this season. Some weekends they look like a very capable side who can challenge some of the best teams in the league yet others they feel like pushovers. In recent weeks they have given good performances against the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City but it feels like they struggle to get up for the smaller games. The Potters match up quite well with Burnley though in terms of height and strength which should definitely work to their advantage. While Sean Dyche’s team can play good soccer they also have the ability to bully their opponents. They might find that tough when facing Stoke. A share of the spoils would suit Burnley down to the ground but Stoke will have their eyes on all three points.
The Premier League match between Burnley and Stoke will be broadcast online only. Live streaming is available on NBC Sports, which you can access with your cable or satellite subscriptions, either online or through the NBC Sports app.
