There’s been speculation that the Broncos are struggling with Paxton Lynch, but his agent disagrees.

The Denver Broncos enter offseason team activities amidst a quarterback competition. Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch are going head to head for the starting role, but there’s been some rep

The rumors revolving around Lynch and the Broncos lately were that the team is struggling with their 2016 first-round pick.

On the heels of an upcoming quarterback competition in Denver, a report came out from Bryan Broaddus of Dallas News stating that the team is struggling with their young quarterback.

"“I talked to some guys in Denver; they’re having a problem with Paxton Lynch right now because they can’t get him to buy into the things like Dak Prescott bought in, where early in late out, that kind of thing,” Broaddus said."

Immediately after this report surfaced, Broncos long-time beat writer Mike Klis shot down this report calling it inappropriate and false.

Lynch’s agent Leigh Steinberg reached out to me after I wrote about this report shooting down these allegations about his client.

"“Paxton is having a productive off-season working hard to be able to compete this summer,” Steinberg said. “He is following the directions of the coaching staff and is enthusiastic and committed to their game plan.”"

Steinberg also specifically shot down Broaddus’ claims that Lynch isn’t early in or late heading out.

"“(Lynch) has a great work ethic, comes in early and leaves late,” says Steinberg."

Two sources close to Lynch have now come out publicly shooting down the negative report regarding the young quarterback.

Klis also felt the need to ask a Broncos player about his teammate and these allegations made about him are true.

No need to fear Broncos faithful. Two sources close to Lynch have now shot down this negative report and even a player on his team is saying they’re false too.

Lynch is all-in and ready to compete for the starting quarterback gig.
