It’s NFL schedule release day, and the details are starting to emerge.

You have to love the announcement of times and dates can set the NFL world on fire for a night. Well, tonight is that night, and we couldn’t be any more excited. As we approach 8 p.m. ET, we get pieces to the puzzle as they show themselves. For the Chicago Bears, there are already some games that have been leaked:

It’s not the whole meal, but we get some appetizers here. Chicago’s two divisional encounters with Minnesota are included, one in which will take place on Monday Night Football in October. Primetime, division clashes are certainly always the best under the lights. That game will be held at Soldier Field. The Bears will not see the Vikes again until the final day in December, where Chicago will travel to U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

Although it is April, these two teams will have a tough time contending for the NFC North. The Packers are always dangerous thanks to Aaron Rodgers, and the Lions also made the playoffs last season. The bright news for the Monsters of the Midway? They have the third-overall selection in a week at the 2017 NFL Draft.

The Bears will need an impact player to make a difference from the start come next season. Chicago also opened up its wallet to bring in quarterback Mike Glennon this offseason after moving on from Jay Cutler. Perhaps he can help this Bears team get back on the right track.
