NHL playoffs 2017: Senators vs. Rangers TV schedule
How will the second round series between the Ottawa Senators and New York Rangers turn out?
By virtue of the NHL’s playoff format, the two lowest remaining Eastern Conference seeds will face each other in the second round. However, don’t sleep on the series between the Ottawa Senators and New York Rangers because it should be a great one. Their series begins on Thursday. Whoever wins four games first will get to face the winner of the matchup between the Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins.
This series should come down to a few factors. First of all, Ottawa’s trap successfully shut down the Boston Bruins in the first round. However, the Rangers present a much larger threat to their trap. With New York’s speed and opportunistic offense, Ottawa will have their hands full. Secondly, the Rangers will have to face a familiar foe in former blue shirt Derick Brassard while the Sens will face former teammate Mika Zibanejad. Here’s the full television schedule.

This second round series should be an interesting one. It could go either way. The series will most likely come down to the trap. If the Rangers can’t solve it, Ottawa will most likely come out ahead. However, if they can solve it, New York might be heading to the conference finals once again.
