Rounds 2 and 3 of the 2017 NFL Draft will take place on Friday night, and it will start an hour earlier than the first round did on Thursday.

The 2017 NFL Draft is upon us, and for most football fans, it is one of the best times of the year. All of the mock drafts have been completed, and it is time for the 32 NFL franchises to add important pieces to the puzzle. The NFL Draft is three days of fun, and with round one action in the books, it is time to turn our attention to the next two rounds to be drafted on Friday night.

On Thursday, the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft started at 8:00 p.m. ET, but it will start an hour earlier on Friday, as they have to get two rounds in. The Cleveland Browns will once again be on the clock to start the festivities Friday night, with the second and third round to begin at 7:00 p.m. ET. The second day of the draft is usually filled with a lot of moving of picks, so it will be interesting to see how it all shapes out.

The draft is being held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this year, which is home to the first ever NFL Draft, way back in 1936. That draft was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, giving it a much different feel than this year’s event. The city of Philadelphia has done a beautiful job putting the event together, and they just may get the chance to host once again in 2018.
