Are Boston fans the worst in sports?

This week on Carm and Kayla we sing, honor Charles Barkley and move closer to our own Dancing with the Stars

Rough week for Boston Red Sox fans, embarrassed by a select, most likely racist and drunk, few. If you want to see the beauty of what an amazing fan can be, look to the north and Edmonton. 18,000 singing Canadians bellowing out the U.S National Anthem was incredibly cool. We have a deserved tribute for you. Remember, it is the thought that counts when digesting the singing performance.

Charles Barkley had never had a churro? How is that possible? Good choice by Chuck having one with vanilla ice cream as he tries to endear himself to San Antonio Spurs fans, at least a little. Chuck, Shaq, Kenny and Ernie continue to have the best elimination segment in NBA history “Gone Fishing.” It almost makes you want your team to be eliminated, just to see the picture. Almost.

NBA playoffs round two off to a mostly expected start. Golden State and Cleveland are smiling their way through. Boston has been pushed, should have lost at least one game, but thanks to Isiah Thomas is in control. Meanwhile the Rockets on-fire shooting has them out to an early lead on San Antonio in a series that feels like it will go seven games. San Antonio has never beat Houston in the playoffs which is odd, it feels like it should be the other way around.

Other Notes:

-Dancing with the Stars is continuing. Saturday May 13th is the date for the “performance”

-Todd Heap doing his best to move forward with his family starting “Hugs for Holly”

-Blue Jays manager John Gibbons is the best “caller” in MLB postgame show history

-Best dressed at the Met Gala event

-The NFL draft is over which is a good thing
