Here’s how to live stream Friday’s 2017 Kentucky Oaks from Churchill Downs online.

One day before the main even at Churchill Downs, fans can get a warmup with the prestigious 2017 Kentucky Oaks on Friday evening in Louisville.

A Grade I race for three-year-old fillies that dates back to 1875, the Kentucky Oaks  is annually one of the most anticipated horse races in the nation outside of the Triple Crown events. The winner of the 1 1/8 mile contest will receive $600,000 as part of a $1 million overall purse, along with the iconic Garland of Lillies.

There’s plenty of talent in the 2017 Kentucky Oaks field, with a few horses emerging as clear betting favorites as of Wednesday morning. Paradise Woods leads the pack with 8/5 odds after dominating the Santa Anita Oaks with a record 11 3/4 length win as a longshot back on April 8.

While the race figures to be no contest if Paradise Woods repeats that sort of performance, a number of other contenders also enter the Friday in good form. Miss Sky Warrior and Farrell are right behind Paradise Woods with 19/5 odds, as neither has lost a race in several months.

The post time for the 2017 Kentucky Oaks is set for 6:12 p.m. Eastern on NBC, with coverage of Friday’s undercard set to begin at Noon Eastern on NBCSN. Full streaming details for the race are below.
