Kristaps Porzingis skipped his exit meetings with the New York Knicks. Now he tweets out his love for the Los Angeles Clippers. Does Phil Jackson even know?

Things are as dysfunctional as they have ever been with the New York Knicks. Not only did the Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah signings not work out, but the only player that matters with the Knicks in power forward Kristaps Porzingis is starting to losing it.

Porzingis has only been with the Knicks for two seasons, but he is only batting .500 on showing up to his exit meetings with his employer. His truancy from the 2016-17 exit interviews set the New York media ablaze with confusion.

Now Porzingis is publicly endorsing the Los Angeles Clippers. This is the same team that Knicks team president Phil Jackson tried to get star small forward Carmelo Anthony to waive his no-trade clause for. Porzingis would later delete this tweet. Jackson has to wonder what’s going on?

Jackson drafted Porzingis No. 4 overall in the 2015 NBA Draft out of Latvia. He did this despite never seeing the kid play in Spain, just in Las Vegas shortly before the draft. Nevertheless, Porzingis has serious star potential, but he’s being wasted away in The New York Triangle.

Clearly Porzingis has grown frustrated with the perpetual chaos associated with the Knicks organization. Without Porzingis, New York is essentially a dead franchise. Jackson doesn’t like to leave Madison Square Garden to scout, just to cat nap through rampant Knicks losses.
