New York Jets’ teammates, Leonard Williams and Darron Lee, might be close on the field. Off the field, Williams is seen getting physical with Lee at a club.

The New York Jets can use anything positive going their way. Their quarterback situation is a mess, they have a terrible roster and a head coach on the hot seat. One of the stars on the team is Leonard Williams, but it looks like he doesn’t care more for his teammate, Darron Lee, right now.

This video posted by Barstool Sports, shows Williams and Lee together at a club. Lee looks like he’s talking to someone and then is interrupted by Williams and carried away. The best part is how easily Williams lifts up Lee. He picks him up like a doll and has no difficulty in doing so.

The Jets’ linebacker just lifts up his arms and enjoys the ride as he gets carried away from the situation.

There are sides to every story, either Williams is saving Lee from a terrible situation and looks like a great friend and teammate. Or, he could be reacting to some completely inappropriate behavior from Lee, coming to the defense of someone in the club. Twitter comments reacted in every direction, ranging from the “Jets are done” to “Williams is a leader.”

Either way, this isn’t the kind of attention that the New York Jets want on themselves. Williams and Lee were great last season for the Jets, let’s see if they can bring that kind of success again this upcoming season.

Williams had a 60 combined tackles and seven sacks. Lee had 78 combined tackles and one sack in his rookie campaign. Both players are key, integral pieces for the Jets on the field, but off the field, it looks like the bigger, stronger Williams runs the show.
