The broadcast lineup for next week’s ELEAGUE Clash for Cash is an all-star roster anchored by veteran host Richard Lewis and caster Anders Blume.

Turner and IMG’s ELEAGUE is bringing back the big guns for next week’s hugely anticipated Clash for Cash. The broadcast lineup for the rematch between Virtus.pro and Astralis has been revealed, and it’s as interesting as the rosters on the stage.

It wouldn’t be ELEAGUE without Richard Lewis, who returns to serve as host of the Clash for Cash. Lewis has been part of every ELEAGUE event to date and is coming off hosting the Street Fighter V Invitational. He also masterminds the podcast “The Richard Lewis Show” which you can find along with his journalism at RLewisReports.com.

The desk for the Clash for Cash will be different than past events, though. Turner and IMG are bringing back Scott “SirScoots” Smith to analyze the rematch, alongside a new face joining the ELEAGUE broadcast team: Chad “SPUNJ” Burchill.

Burchill will be recognizable to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive fans for his work as an analyst for ESL Pro League. The Australian former pro player was the captain of Renegades, which competed in the first ELEAGUE season but were defeated by Virtus.pro in the Last Chance Bracket.

That means Jason “Moses” O’Toole moves from the analyst desk to the casting booth. O’Toole is well known by ELEAGUE fans as the show’s top analyst, but he also has an extensive career both casting and hosting, most recently at IEM Sydney and in ESL Pro League.

He’ll be partnered with his Room On Fire colleague Anders Blume, who called the original Major battle between Virtus.pro and Astralis in January. So maybe we’ll get something akin to the now iconic reaction they gave us at ESL One Cologne 2015:

Of course, Auguste “Semmler” Massonnat and analyst Duncan “Thorin” Shields will be absent from the Clash for Cash and will be missed.

But ELEAGUE fans finally getting to see O’Toole in the casting booth is a pleasant surprise, as he doesn’t get enough credit for how capable he is as a caster and host in addition to his top-notch analysis. He’s one of the most versatile talents on the Counter-Strike scene ,and he’ll bring a fresh perspective to the rematch.

And the addition of Burchill as an analyst will definitely keep things interesting. He’s not known for mincing words and is as quick-witted as anyone else at the desk. It should be very fun to see how his brash wit mixes with Lewis’s deadpan sense of humor, and we’ll have Smith there to balance out the dynamic as well as provide his own extensive knowledge of the game.

If you needed one more reason to watch the Clash for Cash, now you have it. Not only will it be a rematch between two of the best CSGO teams in the world, it has a fantastic talent team that will give the showmatch the broadcast it deserves.
