Shane McMahon had a scary situation on Wednesday as he was part of an emergency helicopter landing, and thankfully, the prodigal son is okay.

There are some scary situations in life, and then there are situations where you see your life flash before your eyes. It appears that Shane McMahon had one of the latter experiences on Wednesday, and thankfully, he’s come out of it okay.

On Wednesday, news broke that a helicopter had to make a crash landing in the Atlantic Ocean right off Gilgo Beach in New York. Thankfully, everyone from the terrifying event was okay, although then some people began to notice that one of the passengers on the helicopter was pretty notable. That’s because it was Shane McMahon.

As McMahon was being interviewed on television as one of the passengers, well, it was pretty easy for people to start to realize that it was him.

The crash happened around 10:30 a.m. ET Wednesday morning, and crews were quick to the scene to make sure everyone was okay. Not to mention, as stated above, the pilot deserves all the credit in the world for making the landing that he did to ensure that everyone was safe and sound from all this.

Man, we’ve seen Shane McMahon be involved in some crazy incidents throughout the years, but an emergency helicopter landing really takes the cake. Even though this was not pre-planned like the world of WWE, this guy’s adrenaline has to be through the roof. He most certainly has nerves of steel that a lot of other human beings do not.

But, again, the most important thing here is that Shane is okay, as well as the other people who were on board, as this could have had a tragic ending had the pilot not handled it in the manner in which he did.
