The hottest-selling single-game tickets for the upcoming 2017-18 NBA regular season are exactly what fans should expect them to be, according to information from VividSeats.com.

VividSeats.com has released information from the first day of NBA single game ticket sales. While it’s early, the individual games and the teams that are most-sought after shouldn’t surprise anyone.

Of the 20 top-selling individual games, seven of them are home games for the New York Knicks at iconic Madison Square Garden. That list is headlined by the Christmas Day game in which the Philadelphia 76ers will be the visiting team. No other single team appears on the top-20 games list as the home team more than twice, which the 76ers, Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors do. Seven other teams appear on the list as the home team once.

As far as appearances as the road team goes, the defending NBA-champion Warriors lead that list with four appearances. The Eastern conference champion Cleveland Cavaliers make three appearances. The 76ers, Orlando Magic and Houston Rockets appear on the list twice. Three additional teams who weren’t on the home team list register an appearance as a road team.

While last year’s NBA Finals participants are among the teams fans are paying to see the most so far, the Los Angeles Lakers top the list of teams that are most searched for on the site. They’re followed by the Warriors, Knicks, 76ers, Celtics, Cavaliers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Washington Wizards, Minnesota Timberwolves and Chicago Bulls.

Another Christmas Day game is standing out in terms of pricing. The average price for the Cavaliers at Warriors game that day is $688.

As the off-season draws to a close, the prices for these events which have experienced the most demand should continue to climb on the secondary market. These early trends show that the NBA’s strongest brands can perform well in that market regardless of the quality of the on-court product.
