The Houston Texans will host the New England Patriots on Saturday in Week 2 of the 2017 NFL preseason. Here is how to watch the exhibition game online.

The second week of the 2017 NFL preseason will be underway this weekend. One of the games will be between the Houston Texans and the New England Patriots. Kickoff from NRG Stadium in Houston will be at 8:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, Aug. 19.

Unfortunately, this game will not be nationally televised. To watch the New England broadcast, that will be coming out of Boston’s CBS local affiliate WBZ-TV. To watch the Houston broadcast, that will be coming out of Houston’s ABC local affiliate KRTK. The available live streams can be found on NFL Game Pass and FuboTV.

Though New England has had the upper hand in this rivalry, Houston does play the Patriots tough thanks to its great defense. It helps that much of the Texans staff have spent time in New England before coming to Houston. Though they have their rivalry on the gridiron, these are two otherwise cordial NFL teams off the field.

This will be the second game NFL fans can see Houston’s rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson in action. The Texans traded up to No. 12 to draft Watson out of Clemson in the 2017 NFL Draft. He and incumbent Tom Savage are in a very intense quarterback battle. It should be a good time on Saturday night in Houston.

Date: Saturday, Aug. 19
Time: 8:00 p.m. ET
Location: Houston, Texas
Venue: NRG Stadium
TV Info: WBZ-TV CBS, KRTK (ABC)
Live Stream: NFL Game Pass, FuboTV

Since New England really does not care about the preseason, this could be a game that the Texans win convincingly. The Patriots did drop their preseason opener to the Jacksonville Jaguars of all teams last week.
