Dallas McCarver, boyfriend of WWE’s Dana Brooke, passes away at the age of 26
Dallas McCarver, the boyfriend of WWE’s Dana Brooke, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 26 after being found unconscious in his Florida apartment.
Dana Brooke hasn’t been seen on WWE programming in the ring a while and with the recent events surrounding her boyfriend, bodybuilding competitor Dallas McCarver, she probably will stay off television for a while longer.
McCarver passed away on Tuesday at the age of 26 after he was found unconscious in his Florida apartment late Monday night/Tuesday morning. He was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to the report from TMZ. The cause of death for McCarver was apparently choking on his food.
TMZ also reported that they had spoken with Brooke and everything was just fine prior to McCarver’s death. She noted that he was about to make some dinner as they got off the phone and that he wasn’t trying to end his life with the food he was making or any other foul play, according to the report.
It was noted in the report that McCarver had been on the up-and-coming trial for bodybuilding before his untimely death. He finished in eighth place during the Mr. Olympia competition in 2016. Unfortunately, McCarver had some complications since then.
Back in March of this year, McCarver received a “DNF” during the 2017 Arnold Classic Australia competition due to a collapse on stage during the competition. It had been reported that he was doing just fine after the collapse, which makes Tuesday’s events all the more confusing.
It’s tough losing anyone at such a young age and it’s been tough for Dana Brooke in and out of the ring. She’s fought through some injuries during her time in WWE with NXT and really struggled to catch on with the main roster after she was called up last year with former tag team partner Emma.
