23. Toronto Raptors

Every time the Eastern Conference playoffs roll around and the Toronto Raptors have a home game, ESPN or TNT will show the plaza outside of the Raptors’ arena. It’ll be filled with people decked in white, holding signs showing “#WeTheNorth.”

The Raptors have had their fair share of stars walk through the door, from Vince Carter to Chris Bosh, but it seems like Toronto finally has a full squad now.

From DeMar DeRozan to Kyle Lowry, the Raptors may not have been able to get over the hump and defeat the Cavaliers, but they’e still been a joy to their fans these past few years.

They’ve been atop the Eastern Conference, winning playoffs series and playing high-level basketball. It just happens that they’re succeeding at the same time that LeBron James is playing basketball in the same conference.

Raptors’ fans aren’t suffering and won’t be in the near future, hence they land near the bottom of these power rankings.
