The college football season gets into full swing this weekend, but we already have a look at the first Nissan Heisman House ad for the 2017 campaign
After all the waiting and all the topics under the sun being discussed for the offseason, the time has finally arrived to get the 2017 college football season kicking full throttle this weekend with a plethora of games. While on opening weekend, as usual, there are games on Sunday and Labor Day Monday, the game everyone is looking forward to will take place Saturday night on ABC as the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide will take on the No. 3 Florida State Seminoles in Atlanta. On this broadcast, something else that everyone is fond of will grace the TV other than just a big-time college football game — we’ll be seeing the first Nissan Heisman House ad for 2017.
Throughout the past few years, the Nissan Heisman House ads have been one of the more enjoyable commercials on television all around, not just in sports. In these ads, past Heisman winners are forced to live in the same house, and of course, hilarity always tends to ensue.
Well, as far as hilarity goes, the 2017 Nissan Heisman House ads will be kicking off in grand fashion.
In the first one that we’ll see for 2017, the likes of Tim Tebow, Barry Sanders, Derrick Henry and a host of other former Heisman winners all partake in one massive food fight in the dining room during their homecoming dinner to start the season. Watching a bunch of famous former Heisman winners haul food at one another — yeah, doesn’t get much funnier than that.
If the first add is any indication, then we are in for yet another amazing year of Nissan Heisman House commercials that will have us laughing hysterically every Saturday night right before we get down to the business of the college football on the field.
