As the Baylor Bears get set to start the 2017 season at home against Liberty, they’re dealing with a fox on the loose inside McLane Stadium

The Baylor Bears are looking to a hard reset of their entire program under new head coach Matt Rhule. That journey begins on Saturday at home in McLane Stadium as they take on Liberty, however, they have a minor issue prior to the game getting underway. Well, actually, not so much the team has a problem, rather the security staff has a fox issue on their hands.

Reports a while ago began to surface that there was a fox on the loose in the upper deck of McLane Stadium, which is just one of those things that just seems too crazy to believe right off the bat. You need video proof!

Well thankfully here in Week 1, we got the video proof that everyone was looking for.

That’s not something you see every day, but hey, the sport of college football brings the weirdness on a regular basis more than just on the field. Sometimes, you’ll go to a game and just happen to see a little fox run by you and security probably chasing after it.

There has been no word yet on whether or not the fox was actually caught, but you have to imagine that one way or another it will get itself stuck somewhere up there in the stadium and he’ll be able to be brought to safety.

Saturday’s game will be the first for new head coach Matt Rhule as he looks to turn the fortunes of this program around following what has been a horrid year full of ugly sexual assault accusations under the Art Briles administration.
