27. Jordan Theodore, PG, EA7 Milano

Speaking of point guards who will provide an injection of offensive competence to their new previously-awful team, Milano rebooted their systems this offseason, basically completely revamping the roster. Theodore, who comes to the team from Basketball Champions League runners-up Banvit, was one of their premier signings. He was a monster down the stretch, finishing with averages of 17.5 points, 3.7 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game. He’s undersized for the NBA, but his decision-making, volume scoring ability and flair are going to make his transition to the Euroleague level easy.

Adding to the fun is Theodore’s swagger, which is unparalleled. His Twitter account is a must-follow, and he’s not shy about calling out opponents or celebrating his successes on social media.
