Cowboys at Broncos: Preview, prediction, odds and pick
By Brad Weiss
In a Week 2 matchup of 1-0 teams, the Dallas Cowboys will head to Denver to take on the Broncos inside Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
The Denver Broncos will play host to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, just six days after beating the Los Angeles Chargers in stunning fashion. After nearly blowing a 24-7 fourth quarter lead, the Broncos came up the biggest when it matter, blocking a game-tying last-second field goal. The win should bring them into their Sunday clash with the Cowboys on a high, but the Cowboys should be feeling about the same after their win in Week 1.
Playing the hated New York Giants, the Cowboys were the far-superior team, cruising to a 19-3 victory. Though the Giants were playing without Odell Beckham Jr., it likely would not have mattered, as their defense harassed Eli Manning all day. They got the offensive production from the usual suspects, as quarterback Dak Prescott was highly effective, and Ezekiel Elliott rushed for over 100 yards.
This game will pit two of the better defensive lines in football against one another, so rushing yards could be tough to come by. Playing inside Sports Authority Field at Mile High is always a tough task, but the Cowboys should come into the game with a solid gameplan against the Broncos. Both of these teams could be headed to the playoffs, though they each have some daunting schedules in 2017.
Odds
Line: Dallas (-2.0)
Over/Under: 42.0
The Broncos are home underdogs, so it may be hard for people to go against betting on them. The offenses will be tested in this one, so setting the over/under at 42.0 is a good move by Vegas. This line and over/under has changed a bit over the past week or so, so head on over to sportsbookreview.com for any changes up until kickoff.

Prediction
Both of these teams made nice statements against division rivals in Week 1, so this one could be one to watch on Sunday. The expectations for both teams is to get to the playoffs, and each roster has the talent to do just that. On Sunday, the Cowboys will be just a tad better than the Broncos, and should escape Mile High with a really good road win.
Final Score: Cowboys 24, Broncos 21
