Tottenham face Swansea at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 16. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Tottenham come into their match against Swansea on Saturday in inconsistent form. They currently sit in fifth place in the Premier League after four matches. Totttenham lost to Chelsea at Wembley by a score of 2-1 and drew with Burnley, a fixture that should have earned them three points. They came off that disappointment by notching a 3-0 away victory over Everton.

Spurs will be playing this Premier League match on short rest with a very intriguing match against Borussia Dortmund taking place Wednesday. Tottenham should have confidence against Swansea, a team they’ve beaten three of the last four times they’ve played. In fact, the last match for the Spurs against the Welsh side ended with a 5-0 victory last December. Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen each scored two goals in that contest. The play of those two will be very important in deciding if Tottenham can find similar glory.

Similar to Tottenham, Swansea have had a shaky start to their Premier League campaign. They started the season by being shut out twice. They opened the year with a scoreless draw in Southampton and a 4-0 blowout at home to Manchester United. The Welsh club redeemed themselves with a 2-0 victory in Crystal Palace. After four matches, the club finds themselves 15th in the Premier League.

They will need every point this season to avoid relegation. Much has been made of the loan of Renato Sanches from Bayern Munich. He was widely criticized after the team’s loss in their most recent match to Newcastle. The 20-year-old will need to step up and give Swansea an edge that they have missed previously. His passing can create great opportunities for forwards, Wilfried Bony. Sanches’ play will be integral in deciding the outcome of this match. Something will need to change for Swansea if they want to win this fixture.
