Lawrence Timmons was missing in action from the Dolphins’ Week 2 win against the Los Angeles Chargers, going AWOL from the team.

In their Week 2 matchup of the NFL season, the Miami Dolphins were without linebacker Lawrence Timmons. The 11-year veteran basically went AWOL from the team, which caused his teammates to worry about his safety. He returned to the team on Tuesday, but later in the day, he was suspended by the organization indefinitely.

Greg Olsen broke his foot in the Carolina Panthers’ Week 2 win against the Buffalo Bills, and he was put on injured reserve on Tuesday. The hope is that Olsen will be able to get back in a couple of months, but for now, the team will have to make due without  him. Olsen has been one of the more productive tight ends in the NFL over the last three seasons, going for over 1,000 yards in each year.

T.J. Watt has proven to be a solid first-round selection for the Pittsburgh Steelers this season, showing a knack for making the big play. However, he is currently going through a slight groin pull, and is questionable to play against the Chicago Bears this weekend. The Steelers should be able to beat the Bears without him, so it may be wise to sit him out a week and let the groin fully heal.

Eric Reid was injured in the San Francisco 49ers’ Week 2 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, and he may be out for quite a while. The former Pro Bowler looked to go down in a serious non-contact injury, but the results were not as bad as expected. He has a PCL injury, and while there is no timetable for a return just yet, he will not require surgery.

Finally, it looks like Jaelen Strong wasted no time finding a new home. The former wideout for the Houston Texans was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars on Tuesday, just a day after being waived by his former team. Strong will join a wide receiver group in Jacksonville that has been shorthanded since star Allen Robinson was injured for the season in Week 1.
