Sam Hubbard

Edge, Ohio State

The Minnesota Vikings pulled off a solid victory in Week 3, as they disposed of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers despite having Case Keenum as their starting quarterback. One thing has been a constant for the Vikings this season, and that has been that their defense is elite. They need to continue to add to that stellar defensive unit, and bringing in another edge rusher next April may be the play.

Sam Hubbard from Ohio State is an exciting edge rusher, and has helped the Buckeyes to be considered one of the best defensive teams in college football the last two seasons. He is explosive off the ball, and is a very good tackler in space. He has played in some big-time games during his time with the Buckeyes, and has teamed with Tyquan Lewis to give the team some serious talent on the edges.

Minnesota has to deal with some solid competition in the NFC North, as three-quarters of the division are 2-1 to start the season. The Green Bay Packers are always going to put up points, so continuing to add to their defensive line is a priority always. Minnesota has question marks with the health of their quarterbacks, but expect them to go defense with their first pick in April.
