The Oakland Raiders will look to get back on the winning track on Sunday, but they will have to beat the Denver Broncos on the road to do so.

The Oakland Raiders looked like a juggernaut during the first two weeks of the season, beating a good Tennessee Titans team on the road and then blasting the New York Jets in their home opener. However, in Week 3 the Raiders took a major step backward, failing to get anything done on either side of the ball. They will have to travel to Denver in Week 4 to try to right the ship and the Broncos will be waiting with open arms.

In their Week 3 game, the Broncos also looked bad on both sides of the ball. Denver went into Buffalo and laid an egg against a Bills team that had no business beating them. Heading home is always a good remedy to make things right, though they will be welcoming a Raiders team that is out to prove last weekend was a fluke.

All of this means that the fans inside Sports Authority Field at Mile High are in for one heck of an AFC West showdown on Sunday. Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is one of the best in the business and has an arsenal of weapons at his disposal. While those weapons failed to make the trip to Washington last weekend, they should be ready to go in a huge divisional game on Sunday.

Denver is once again elite on the defensive side of the ball, possessing not only a solid secondary but also a very good front seven. If the Raiders had trouble against the Redskins on Sunday night, then they are definitely going to struggle against the Broncos. However, they should be able to move the ball effectively and should make enough big plays to come away with a very important road victory.

Odds

Line: Oakland (+3.0)

Over/Under: 47.0

The Raiders are road dogs in this one, which is not a big surprise considering how bad they played on the road last weekend. The over/under is only set at 47, and it both teams play defense the way they did in Week 3, the play could be the over. This line and over/under has changed a bit over the past week or so, so head on over to Sportsbook Review for any changes up until kickoff.

Prediction

The AFC West is going to be a wild one this season, and both of these teams should be in contention for the division. While the Kansas City Chiefs have established themselves as the class of the division, the Raiders and Broncos have the talent to knock them off their throne. On Sunday, they will have to settle for knocking each other around the stadium, in a game that should go down to the wire.

Final Score: Raiders 24 Broncos 21
