The Tennessee football team was blanked by Georgia, 41-0 at Neyland Stadium on Saturday, which will bring up more speculation about the future of head coach Butch Jones. But would anyone want this job?

If you’re a Tennessee football fan, you’re probably in one of two camps:

“We stink, and I need more pizza and beer to make the pain go away.” Or…

“We stink and it’s Butch Jones fault. Please fire him now!”

That said, if Jones were to be relieved of his duties (which seems somewhat inevitable at this point) would anyone really want to walk into this smoking tire fire in Knoxville?

Here are five coaches who would probably “swipe left” if the Tennessee football head coach position were to come up on their Coaching Tinder app.

Let’s just get this one out of the way. Every single coaching opportunity which comes open (or looks to possibly come open) ends up being connected to Les Miles.

Sorry Vols, not going to happen.

Miles has done and seen it all in his coaching career, and to lure him out of his cozy analyst chair with FOX Sports, you’ll have to provide much more of a turnkey solution. He’ll join a program who has a retiring coach and a solid team, or perhaps a program vacancy created by someone thinking the grass is greener (looking at you, Tom Herman).

Not to mention, we’d lose tweets from what has become one of the most entertaining Twitter accounts in the world.

The last thing Miles will want is to walk into a program whose offense is the primary problem. If he could fix that, he’d still be sitting pretty in Baton Rouge.

Swipe left.
