In a matchup of two teams off to hot starts to the 2017 NFL season, the Washington Redskins will travel to take on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Last season, the Washington Redskins barely missed the playoffs, only a year after winning the NFC East. To start the 2017 campaign, Washington is sitting atop the division once again and has shown they can hang with anybody. Coming off a huge victory last weekend, the Redskins will look to dominate another AFC West team, this time on the road against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs have gotten surprising efforts across their roster, including at the running back position. When Spencer Ware went down this Summer, there was no panic, as they inserted rookie back Kareem Hunt. Through his first three NFL games, Hunt has looked like one of the best backs in the league, and it has given the Chiefs a deadly collection of weapons on the offensive side of the ball.

The Redskins can certainly move the ball, as they showed in their blowout victory against the Oakland Raiders last Sunday night. The problem for them in this one is, the Chiefs’ defense is one of the best in the NFL, and have been able to halt all competitors this season. This one could go down to the wire, but the Chiefs will have enough talent, and the home-field advantage to pull it out in the second half.
