The Los Angeles Dodgers jumped out to a 2-0 lead over the Chicago Cubs in the 2017 NLCS. But the Cubs still have a chance to win it all.

Chicago Cubs fans are hoping to see their team pull off back to back World Series titles but a rough 0-2 start to the National League Championship Series isn’t where they wanted to be at this point in the postseason.

Sunday’s heartbreaking 9th inning loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 2 of the NLCS was hard to watch, after both teams held each other scoreless through four innings. The Cubs find themselves heading home to Chicago to play at least two games, potentially three, in the Windy City but the big question is whether or not they can keep up with the red-hot bats and dominant bullpen of the Dodgers.

The Cubs came into the NLCS after going a full five games against the Washington Nationals in the NLDS, and they had one day to travel to Los Angeles in between series. Going into the Championship Series on so little rest, especially given the four days of rest the Dodgers enjoyed, is not the best way to continue the road to the 2017 World Series. Even so, with no rest and down two games, the Cubs can still pull off a big win against the Dodgers.
