Who stars in Thor: Ragnarok?

Thor: Ragnarok, the latest film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will open in theaters in the United States on November 2, 2017. Here’s a look at the full cast of the latest Marvel blockbuster.
With the exception of an end credits scene in Doctor Strange and the promotional videos containing Darryl, audiences haven’t seen much of Chris Hemsworth’s Thor character since the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron.
That will obviously change come November 2, 2017, at least for movie-goers in America.
That’s when Thor: Ragnarok is slated to open in theaters around the country.
If the previews and trailers are any indication, Taika Waititi’s film will take the character in a completely different direction than seen in the past two MCU installments featuring the Norse God of Thunder.
Hemsworth will once again return in the titular role, while a number of key characters from past Thor films will also appear.
These include the likes of Tom Hiddleston’s Loki, Idris Elba’s Heimdall and Anthony Hopkins’ Odin.
The film will also draw in characters from other corners of the MCU, including Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner/Hulk and Bennedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange.
It will certainly be worth keeping an eye on the duo from a plot standpoint, as both will return ahead of appearances in Avengers: Infinity War.
Ragnarok will also introduce a number of new characters such as Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie, Cate Blanchett’s Hela, Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster and Karl Urban’s Skurge.
