See how Twitter reacted to one of the craziest postseason games in the history of baseball when the Houston Astros defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers via a come from behind nail-biter.

We could have quite possibly just witnessed the greatest World Series game in the history of Major League Baseball — and we’re not being dramatic.

The Houston Astros were winning early until the Los Angeles Dodgers pulled ahead 3-1 in the sixth inning. It looked as though the Dodgers were going to secure their second World Series victory, but the Astros had other ideas. In the ninth, the Astros tied it up, causing Dodgers fans’ blood pressure to spike.

The game went to extra innings, where a whopping five home runs were hit after the ninth between the two teams — an MLB first — for one of the most heart-stopping, nail-biting finishes of all time.

In a game that lasted four hours and 19 minutes, the Dodgers were unable to rally back once again and the Astros secured their first ever World Series game victory in the 11th inning.

Marwin Gonzalez homered in the ninth inning to tie the game, followed by solo home runs from Jose Altuve and Carlos Correa in the 10th to put Houston ahead until the Dodgers came back to tie it up. It was the final two-run home run by George Springer in the 11th inning that secured the Astros victory.

The Dodgers will head to Houston with the series tied 1-1 to settle the score in Friday’s Game 3.
