What should be the measures of success for the Raptors?

The Raptors are currently in the midst of their longest stretch of sustained success in franchise history. Behind Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan they have averaged 51 wins per season the last four years. Unfortunately, like all of the Eastern Conference, their ceiling is limited by LeBron James. So as they enter the fifth year of likely being good but not good enough to break out of the East, is there a growing malaise among the Toronto fan base? Has this version of the Raptors run its course? How is success going to be defined for them this season?
