Looking for the best highlights of Week 9 of the NFL regular season? We’ve got you covered with the 10 best.

What a start to the second half of the season it was. We’ve got some fantastic highlights to show after the ten afternoon games. Touchdowns, interceptions we really did see it all this week. Here’s a look at the top-10 highlights of Week 9 action.

10. Cam Newton takes flight

You figure Cam Newton has to have some experience playing basketball because he was dunking on Falcons defenders today. On a crucial third down and needing a touchdown before the end of the half, Newton took things into his own hands took flight.

Newton jumped from the four-yard line and flew into two Falcons defenders. The ball came out of his hands, but it didn’t matter because it broke the plane of the goal line for the touchdown. It was the difference maker as the Panthers pulled off a 20-17 win over their division rivals at home.

After some early season struggles, Newton has this team at 6-3 and in perfect position heading into the second half of the season.

9. Texans scoop and score

Sometimes you’re in the right place at the right time and that was the case for Texans linebacker Lamarr Houston. Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett was drilled by safety Eddie Pleasant and coughed up the football. It took one bounce and landed right into the hands of Houston. There was no one even around him has Houston strolled into the end zone for the touchdown.

Unfortunately, this was one of the few positives the Texans had on the day. Their struggles have come on the defensive side of the ball but that changes with Deshaun Watson out for the year. They’ll need to rely on Houston and the rest of the defense if they want a saving grace for the playoffs this season.
