The Colorado Buffaloes face the USC Trojans on Saturday, Nov. 11. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Coming into the 2017 season, expectations could not have been higher for this USC team. Playoff contender, preseason Heisman favorite, you really could have just gone on and on about how much potential this team showed last year. This year however, has been a whole other experience. Sam Darnold just can’t stop turning the ball over, and the injuries just keep piling up for the Trojans, especially in positions of big need like the offensive and defensive line. Now they can still accoomplish one of their offseason goals this week, as long as they take care of business in Boulder against the Buffaloes.
Last year, these Buffaloes caught the entire country off guard. After years of losing, the Buffaloes actually decided on winning some games last year, and I think that is selling it a bit short. They not only started to win games, but they won the Pac-12 South division as well. This year, they were not going to catch people off guard.
This year, the Buffaloes have a different guy running their offense. Steven Montez has thrown for over 2400 yards and thrown for 16 touchdowns. Phillip Lindsay is putting up some of the best rushing stats in the Pac-12 this year, as he has ver 1330 yards and 12 rushing touchdowns.

Colorado is going to have a very tall task ahead of them on Saturday. Not only does it look like Sam Darnold has turned a new leaf, but it also looks like the Trojans have become devoted to running the ball with their star running back Ronald Jones. But you can bet that Mike McIntyre is going to have his boys ready to play on Saturday. It is going to be very cold, so tune in to see if the Trojans can keep their hot start going, or if the frozen Tundra of Boulder, Colorado will lift the Buffs to the upset.
