This week, the Warriors remain dominant, the Celtics keep winning and Eric Bledsoe makes a strong first impression with the Bucks.

30. Chicago Bulls

For the Bulls, the losses got worse game by game this week. First, a five-point loss to the Raptors wasn’t too bad. Then, an 18-point loss to the Pacers was demoralizing, even if it helps with draft position. And then, the Kawhi Leonard-less Spurs came to town and dominated. This team is simply just listless.

The good news, in some way: Chicago was awarded the 2020 All-Star game and the Bulls are within striking distance of having the best odds to land the No. 1 pick. In the long run, if these losses allow the Bulls to land a Luke Doncic or Michael Porter, it’ll be worth it.
