Week 11 of the college football season is in the books but recruiting never stops. Let’s take a look at the updated recruiting rankings.

It’s Rivalry Week in college football, yet some teams have already shifted their focus toward bowl season. Not every team is playing in a big rivalry game this week, but those who are could use the matchup as a prime chance to get some top recruits to campus for a visit.

Recruiting takes center stage these days and there are some programs who celebrate big commitments more than big wins on the field. The most successful teams, however, celebrate both.

Who moved in the top 10 team recruiting rankings this week?

Let’s check out the 247Sports top 10 rankings after Week 12:

  1. Ohio State: 18 commits
  2. Texas: 18 commits
  3. Penn State: 22 commits
  4. Miami: 19 commits
  5. Georgia: 18 commits
  6. Oregon: 24 commits
  7. Notre Dame: 19 commits
  8. Oklahoma: 20 commits
  9. Florida: 18 commits
  10. Florida State: 18 commits

Although there was no movement with the teams in the top 10 from the week before, Oregon added a commitment from three-star tight end Michael Ezeike. It didn’t improve the Ducks’ ranking, but it goes to show that they’re still recruiting at a high level despite wins being at a premium in Willie Taggart’s first season.

If you want an update on some of the big names in recruiting not listed in the top 10, Alabama is at No. 22, Michigan is at No. 13, Clemson is at No. 18 and USC is No. 21.

Now, here’s a look at the ESPN rankings after Week 12:

  1. Ohio State
  2. Texas
  3. Penn State
  4. Miami
  5. Georgia
  6. Oregon
  7. Oklahoma
  8. Notre Dame
  9. Florida State
  10. Florida

The ESPN rankings saw more movement than 247Sports’ did. In fact, Oklahoma went from No. 10 up three spots to No. 7 and Notre Dame also jumped a spot, pushing Florida State and Florida down to No. 9 and No. 10, respectively.

The success on the field is catching up to Oklahoma and Notre Dame in recruiting and they’re looking like two of the hottest programs in college football.
