Can you order Grubhub, Seamless or UberEATS on Thanksgiving?

We see you, our lazy and hungry brethren, looking for delivery on Thanksgiving.

Good news: You can order from all your favorite food delivery apps on Thanksgiving — assuming the restaurants you’re ordering from are open. But the delivery drivers and all that, they’re active and ready to deliver whatever food you’re itching for.

In fact, Grubhub does such a good business on Thanksgiving, and the day before Thanksgiving, that they release data on what Americans are ordering on that day. And apparently, folks ordering delivery on Thanksgiving really love breakfast: Eggs any style and pancakes are 300 percent more ordered on the last Thursday in November.

Tandoori chicken and chicken biryani are a close second — 247 percent and 245 percent more popular on Thanksgiving — and then it’s back to breakfast: french toast, bacon, and bagels.

Per FOX, here’s Grubhub’s complete list of most popular Thanksgiving orders:

In 2013, Grubhub also released a list of which cities are most likely to order takeout or delivery on Thanksgiving. So shout out to the residents of Las Vegas (who super love orange chicken the night before), Seattle, San Francisco, Lansing, Mich. and Chicago.

All of which to say: You won’t be the only one ordering food on Thanksgiving. There’s no shame in it, people skip out on the whole big turkey and a thousand sides thing for any number of reason. If you’re in that boat this year, no worries. Fire up Grubhub or your delivery app of choice, find a good diner and/or Indian spot and fill your belly with breakfast and/or chicken.
