Fantasy football owners are facing a short week just like the NFL and they need some Week 12 sleeper wide receivers.

This article is running a little early this week due to the NFL having three Thanksgiving games. They all look pretty solid on paper and there are receivers players can look at for some sleeper value. Hopefully, everyone has a great holiday and a great fantasy day on top of that. The results from Week 11 were a bit uneven.

  1. Mack Hollins – 1/7/0 – Miss
  2. Keelan Cole – 3/24/0 – Miss
  3. Randall Cobb – 3/34/0 – Miss
  4. Jeremy Maclin – 4/35/0 – Miss
  5. Dontrelle Inman – 3/43/0 – Miss
  6. DeSean Jackson – 2/28/1 – Hit
  7. Paul Richardson – 5/56/0 – Hit
  8. Bruce Ellington – 6/63/0 – Hit
  9. Cooper Kupp – 6/64/0 – Hit
  10. Kenny Stills – 7/180/1 – Hit

With the exception of Mack Hollins, at least the misses didn’t totally destroy a lineup. They certainly didn’t leave owners happy but it could have been worse. Still, the hope is for six or seven hits a week instead of a 50/50 shot at success. Week 12 is shaping up to be a fun week with a couple of sleepers that could cash in big for the rest of the season.

10. Mike Williams, Los Angeles Chargers

The talented rookie from Clemson has fought through injury this season and a big game from Mike Williams might come as soon as this week. The Los Angeles Chargers are coming off a monster game in which they scored over 50 points against the Buffalo Bills. Of course, just the point total is a touch misleading. The Chargers defense feasted off of rookie quarterback Nathan Peterman. However, they look to be primed for another big game on a short week. They’ll travel to Dallas on Thanksgiving day.

It can be difficult to project the Los Angeles offense on a week to week basis. They have a lot of pieces that quarterback Philip Rivers has to try and keep involved. Fellow receiver Keenan Allen absolutely went off on Sunday for over 150 yards and two touchdowns. Williams saw a healthy target share as well, accumulating eight targets and bringing in five for 38 yards.

Those totals don’t jump off the page but they still represent the high water mark of his young career. Williams is rounding into form after his back injury that kept him off the field. He is only a target in deeper leagues (think14 or 16 teams), but he has the talent to explode at any point.
