It’s Week 13 in the NFL and the pressure is on fantasy owners to make the right start and sit decision.

For most leagues, this is the last week of the regular season. Some owners are trying to lock up winning the regular season crown. That’s usually good for covering the league’s entry fee and means that owner likely should have played for free. Others need a win to sneak into the postseason and go on a crazy run all the way to fantasy glory. The deciding factor between a win and a loss is likely how an owner sets a lineup. These are some of the decisions owners could be facing this week.

Start: Carson Wentz, QB – Philadelphia Eagles

Maybe this seems like cherry picking as Carson Wentz has been one of the best quarterbacks in real football and fantasy all season long. This article is not really meant to tell owners to start stud players. He lit up the Chicago Bears this past week with another three touchdown passes.

Most owners are starting him no matter what and this week shouldn’t be any different. The sophomore quarterback has taken huge strides this season and has made the most of the upgraded weapons Philadelphia brought in. Owners have to make sure to understand the matchup in Seattle is absolutely nothing to be afraid of like it has been in the past.

The defense has been ravaged by injuries especially in the secondary. Cornerback Richard Sherman and safety Kam Chancellor are huge losses. While linebacker Bobby Wagner is an incredible talent, he won’t be enough to stop Wentz. The Eagles offense has been clicking on all cylinders and it’s oozing with talent at all positions. It would not be shocking at all to see Wentz be at least a top-10 option at quarterback this week. There’s upside for a lot more than that as well. Don’t let the reputation of Seattle scare Wentz onto the bench.
